2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-aa)(1b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sections 13, 18 and 19 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the secret information, raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Vijay Shankar Singh and half finished pistols, cartridges and other equipments used in manufacturing arms were recovered and these petitioner was arrested. They disclosed that they were manufacturing arms for supply of Naxal groups.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Kaimur at Bhabua in Adhoura Police Station Case No. 42 of 2023.
