ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.204 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 341/323/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the F.I.R., the petitioner is said to be standing there and the main allegation is against Rajesh Singh and Krishna Singh of having assaulted the brother of the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner's name has been included on account of dirty village politics and the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of

No.76534 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.204 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
