This interlocutory application has been filed for condoning the delay of about one month and five days in preferring the present appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in this interlocutory application, we are satisfied that the appellant was prevented from sufficient cause from preferring this appeal within time.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents.

By the impugned order, a direction was given to the authorities concerned to conclude the departmental proceeding expeditiously which was going on against the petitioner and petitioner was directed to co-operate with the departmental proceeding. It was also observed that if any subsistence allowance or any outstanding salary is payable, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of order.
