2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons are alleged to have killed the husband of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner emerged during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Mithilesh Pandit who has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1112 of 2025. Informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P. S. Case No. 157 of 2024.
