2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 63961 of 2023 in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 460 of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
