The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S.Case No.197 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 09 ltrs. of liquor from the bank of river and the name of the petitioner on the confession of the co-accused. Petitioner is accuse din one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for 11.9.2019 and the charge sheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II cum Special Judge Excise Act, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S.Case No.197 of 2019.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
