2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137 ( 2 ), 96 and 3 (5) of BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner along with other coaccused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant who is still traceless.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and also the fact that victim is still traceless, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected.
