2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 103, 76, 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., informant namely Sheela Devi alleged that on 09.08.2025 at about 6 O' Clock, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners came and coaccused Vijay Paswan and Pawan Paswan started threatening mother-in-law of the informant and other accused persons pulled her saree and made her naked and thereafter assaulted her by iron rod. When informant went to rescue her, then she was

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during Panchayati, scuffle took place between both the parties. There is case and counter case. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against Petitioner No. 1 Dinesh Paswan who assaulted on the neck of the mother-in-law of the informant by means of iron rod.

6. Considering the specific accusation of assault against Petitioner No. 1, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite his trial and conclude the same at an early date, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. Since there is no specific allegation of assault against Petitioner No. 2 Amlesh Paswan, his prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let Petitioner No. 2, namely, Amlesh Paswan be enlarged

No.82725 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 3/3 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Darbhanga in connection with Fekla P.S.
