Petitioners seek bail in connection with Mohani P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioners are in custody since 21.09.2019.

Case No. 427 of 2019.
