JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation is of recovery of 45 litres of liquor from the Pilani of the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 27.09.2019.
