The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2012 for offences under Sections 406, 409, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case police after investigation submitted final form and thereafter on protest, cognizance has been taken. Considering the fact that police after investigation submitted final form, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the
