2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 378 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
