The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 323/ 307 / 506/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

During course of assault the petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head with hard and blunt substance. The doctor has found simple injury on the head of the injured. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 27.08.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75859 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.255 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
