JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46658 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that uptill now charge has been framed in this case and the petitioner is in custody for fifteen months.

Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that case is of dowry death and petitioner is the husband and earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trail and try to conclude the trial within a period of nine months. With the above observation, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Priyanka/Srikant/- U T
