The petitioners seek bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that one public hand-pump was established in the village from MLA funds, but, after some times, the said hand-pump become disorder. Thereafter, informant Prmod Pal fixed motor in the hand-pump, which was used by the villagers due to which water was spreading on the ground then he made protest on which six persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, caused injury through

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while petitioners are named in the F.I.R., but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners, rather, there is general and omnibus allegation against all accused named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, to cause injury through sword to the informant and his uncle. The petitioners are in custody since 06.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019.
