2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 132 of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners after some argument seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1.

4. Permissions is accorded.

5. The anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1 is concerned.

6. It is made clear that if petitioner no.1 surrenders and seeks regular bail, the learned District Court shall consider the case on its own merits without being prejudiced by the fact that petitioner no.1 before this Court withdrew the anticipatory bail application.

7. It is next submitted that petitioner no.2 is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that he is a teacher in middle school, next alleges that on 05.07.2025, he reprimanded a student, namely, Vikash Kumar, the student went home and at 02:20 p.m., his father, mother and other relatives came along with villagers and started assaulting the teachers and were searching the informant saying that they will kill him as he had assaulted Vikash Kumar. Further, the accused persons assaulted with Lathi causing injury on his left hand, back and leg and the occurrence was videographed.

8. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.2 has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner no.2 was trying to pacify the issue when she came to be implicated.

9. The learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant oppose the anticipatory bail application.

10. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner no.2 is a woman, let petitioner no.2, abovenamed, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No.250 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
