The petitioner, who is elder brother-in-law of the complainant, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 328 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are wholly mis-founded and so far as the present petitioner is concerned, he has nothing to do with the allegation as have been detailed in the first information report and is living separately.

No.75193 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complainant Case No. 328 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
