4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case merely on suspicion. The occurrence took place on 18.06.2024 but the F.I.R. was lodged on 22.06.2024 and there is no explanation for this delay. It is further submitted that on 18.06.2024, Priyanka Devi came to know that her son died and in order to remove her from the family property, a conspiracy was hatched and the petitioner was made accused in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that during the investigation, the petitioner has confessed her guilt and alleged that she killed the informant's son under the conspiracy. As per the post-mortem report of the deceased, the cause of death is asphyxia as a result of manual strangulation.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the specific and heinous nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail.
