The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25323 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period to surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.224 of 2022, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
