The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with POCSO Case No. 30/2019 arising out of Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 309 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. is that she did not give the whereabouts of the daughter of the informant who had come to her house along with her own daughter and thereafter she was not to be found.

During the course of investigation, the victim girl gave her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in which she has declared that she has married the son of the petitioner of her own volition. Though, on the date of occurrence, the victim girl was not a major but the son of the petitioner and other accused persons of this case have already been granted bail.
The petitioner was granted interim reprieve by order dated 24.02.2020 and the case diary as well as 164 statement of the victim girl was called for.
Regard being had to the attendant facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with POCSO Case No.
