2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2019 in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 379 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and except the extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused Anil Chaudhary, there is no objective material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. No recovery of any incriminating articles has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of co-accused Anil Chaudhary. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
