Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged in her written complaint that on 27.09.2017 while she was in orchard to pick the firewood at about 3:00 PM when Sudhir Manjhi (petitioner) and Harendra Manjhi both came and took her in their lap and started teasing her and on her alarm being raised nearby villagers assembled and thereafter they fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The incident is alleged to be of 27.09.2017 but FIR was instituted on 29.09.2017. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below in connection with Sherghati P.S.
