2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught riding a stolen motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2003 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnia in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in K. Hat (Maranga) Police Station, Purnia on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
