2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 25(1-B)a, 26(i) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, Raj Kishore Shah is the assailant of the injured and he has fired at the injured causing grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner no. 1 is the brother of Raj Kishore and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2942 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 petitioner no. 2 is the wife of Raj Kishore. The petitioners are in jail since 27.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023.
