The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No.1023 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have killed his wife. He is in custody since 25.11.2022.

It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the informant that in the trial all the witnesses have been examined.

In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permissions to withdraw this application.
