Patna High Court CWJC No.23283 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/3 (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to declare the petitioners and other identical persons whose name finds mention in the Voter List of Kapsiyawan Panchayat PACS published on 23.07.2019 (Annexure 7) as Members of the Primary Agriculture Co-Operative Society, Kapsiyawan in terms of Rule 7(i) of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959.

(ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith add the names of petitioners and other identical persons in the Final Voter List published on 11.11.2019 for the election of different PACS, Block- Hilsa in the signature of Block Development Officer-cum-Election Officer, Hilsa, Nalanda (Respondent no.8).

(iii) For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct enquiry into the mass deletion of name of voters from the Final Voter List published on 11.11.2019 for the election of different PACS, Block- Hilsa.

(iv) For grant of any other relief in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23283 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 3/3 authorities concerned for redressal of his grievances. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
