Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 328 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the niece of the informant was married with the petitioner's son eight years back and allegation is that all the family members killed her by poisoning and cremated her body.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, a 70 years old man, is the father-in-law of the deceased; however, there is no allegation of committing torture to the deceased by the family members and the petitioner has been in custody since 17.03.2018.

No.34373 of 2018(3) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Laxmi Mukhiya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.32 of 2018.
