The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.74 of 2019 registered under Sections 302,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner and others conspired together and took away the son of the informant on 06.05.2019 at 8 p.m. and, thereafter, killed him and his dead body was thrown in banana orchard of village Sahdulahpur near Chandani School, I am not
