2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier, his application was rejected vide order dated 04.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54217/2022 on the ground that the petitioner is accused in 14 criminal cases and he is a habitual offender.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The petitioner in in jail since 24.08.2022.

4. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. The will stay in the rented house of Ramashish Singh, Mohalla-Aashnabad Koderma, P.S. Koderma, District-Koderma, State-Jharkhand.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special judge, Excise, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 122/2019.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in the Koderma Police Station, Jharkhand, on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Koderma through FAX/e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order.
