This application has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"For a direction to the railway authority specially the Division Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Central Railway, Sonpur to make the entire tender area of Begusarai Railway Station tender worthy parking stand as tender worthy and then only proceed for any tender process of parking stand;

For a direction to the railway authority specially the Division Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Central Railway, Sonpur and other respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.23502 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 authorities to fill up the pits and holes of the entire Begusarai Railway Station and then to issue tender process so that the public at large may not suffer. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writpetitioner has already filed a representation (Annexure-P-2) before the authorities concerned, which is dated 1st of November, 2019, but the said representation has not been disposed of till date.

Let the above mentioned representation of the petitioner be considered and decided in accordance with law by the authorities concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
