2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 220 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1594 of 2024(2) dt.30-01-2024 2/3 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, it is a case of assaulting to the informant along with her family members by the accused persons including the petitioners due to which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is case and counter case. Both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrences. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 20.9.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period of the petitioners, this court is inclined to enlarge them on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 220 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
