2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 178 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 498(A) of the IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He has further submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 3,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87490 of 2024(5) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 178 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2 (the informant). The interim maintenance granted by this Court shall be subject to adjustment, if any other court grants maintenance to the opposite party no. 2. The learned court below will be at liberty to take any appropriate step in case the petitioner fails to pay the abovementioned amount to the victim.
