Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,365/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of kidnapping and murderous assault is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2019. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the statement of the victim recorded after recovery. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the fact that there is lack of substantial material against the petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for regular bail as well as considering the

No.76912 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 completion of investigation and no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or leave the country, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bidupur Police Station Case No.226 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
