2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Brahmpur P. S. Case No. 124 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(b), 22(b), 27(a), 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 107.20 grams Heroin was recovered from the possession of co-accused Sonu Kumar Sah and 45.30 grams Heroin was recovered from the possession of co-accused Om Prakash Yadav, who disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of their associates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
