In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 384, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are also accused in two other criminal cases. In this case, specific allegation has been made against the petitioners to have caused injury on the body of the informant by different weapons.
