====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 Heard Sri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor .

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 11.04.2018 in connection with Sasaram ( Dehri) Rail P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 has prayed of grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation petitioner was apprehended as if petitioner was trying to take out mobile of the informant. He further submits that falsely petitioner was apprehended and he was brutally beaten also. Learned counsel for the petitioner has

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent of the petitioner as well as period of custody, let the petitioner Pintu Kumar Singh @ Pintu Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Railway Court, Gaya / concerned court in connection with Sasaram ( Dehri ) Rail P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018.
