2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 238/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's daughter went for tuition but did not return home.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner and the victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82036 of 2025(2) dt.23-12-2025 2/2 have got married and they have two children. Petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.08.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner and the victim have got married and they have two children, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge-6-cum- Spl. Judge, POCSO, Banka /concerned Court below in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 238/2018.
