2. The present writ application has been filed for setting aside the order, dated 23.05.2019, issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Ayush, New Delhi, denying permission to the petitioner/college for taking admission in 1st Year B.H.M.S. course with an intake of

Patna High Court CWJC No.25455 of 2019(6) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 fifty students for the academic session 2019-20.

3. Learned counsel for the Union of India as well as respondent No. 6/Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board submits that this writ application has become infructuous inasmuch as the academic session 2019-20 has come to an end.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
