JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

2. With consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. The petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief :- "1. That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) or direction (s) or order(s) for commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the compassionate basis after death of his father who died in

Patna High Court CWJC No.19294 of 2025(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/3 harness on 02.02.2012 during service period, for which he had applied within time and after attaining the requisites qualification and age.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detail representation before the Vice-Chancellor of Munger University (respondent No.4) and prays that appropriate direction be issued to the aforesaid Munger University (respondent No.4) to dispose of the said representation on merit within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Vice-Chancellor of Munger University (respondent No.4) within one month from the date of passing of this order. If such a representation is filed, the respondent No.4, Vice-Chancellor of Munger University is directed to dispose of the said representation on merit within a further period of three months from the date of filing of the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

7. Needless to emphasis that the final order which shall be passed by the Vice-Chancellor of Munger University (respondent No.4) shall be a reasoned and speaking order.

8. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty granted, the present writ application stands disposed of.

9. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
