2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39695 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner no.1 was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.785 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 suffering from acute viral hepatitis and was under treatment of Medicare Hospital, Mangla Asthan, Biharsharif from 10.08.2019. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3, who are sons of petitioner no.1, were attending to the petitioner no.1 in his treatment. As such, the order dated 15.07.2019 could not be complied within time.
4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 15.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39695 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
