Petitioner seeks bail in Benipatti P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of Bolero Vehicle of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that except his own confession there is no incriminating material against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
