The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
