2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 13.11.2013 passed in MJC No. 2828 of 2011.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 4 and 5, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 26.07.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts the stand of the opposite parties.

5. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1845 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
