2. This application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 313 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Sanjay Kumar, learned APP for the State; Shri Jharkhandi Upadhyay and Shri Aman Priyadarshi; learned counsel for the O.P. No. 06.

4. The learned counsel for the O.P. No.06 has produced a photocopy of the report of the mediation center of Saket Court, New Delhi from which it will appear that the parties have settled their disputes.

5. Clause 12 of the Memorandum of Settlement reads as follows:- "12. It further agreed between the parties that parties of the Second part shall cooperate in quashing of FIR No: 313/2021 registered at PS Sultanjganj, Patna, Bihar against party of the first part within one month from the date of signing of this MOU / family settlement, and shall also cooperate in quashing of FIR, if any other."

6. In light of the above, this application is allowed and the F.I.R. of Sultanjganj P.S. Case No. 313 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 is hereby quashed against all the accused persons.

7. The Memorandum of Settlement produced by the O.P. No. 06 is taken on record.
