The petitioner seeks relief that the petitioner was allowed benefit of 2nd M.A.C.P. with effect from 01.01.2009 but the monetary benefit of 2nd M.A.C.P. was given to the petitioner with effect from 06.08.2014 although the petitioner is entitled to get the monetary benefit with effect from 01.07.2009 till his retirement on 31.05.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed representation before the Director(Administration)-cum-Additional Secretary, Education

Patna High Court CWJC No.23938 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna and the same is still pending. I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Director(Administration)-cum-Additional Secretary, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna to look into the representation of the petitioner and if the petitioner was granted 2nd M.A.C.P. with effect from 01.01.2009, the petitioner is entitled to get monetary benefit from the date of conferring M.A.C.P. to the petitioner but the monetary benefit was extended to the petitioner only with effect from 06.08.2014 and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
