The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hathauri P.S.Case No. 227 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in a case of robbery and the police may require his custodial interrogation and put him on T.I. Parade, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
