2. The present modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 25.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66196 of 2022.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 25.02.2023 and at page-2 in paragraph-6, it is recorded that "Petitioner is ready to pay Rs.5,000.00 (Rupees Five Thousand) per month to the informant in the second week of every month. If the petitioner fails to pay the aforesaid amount on two consecutive months, informant shall be at liberty to move before

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the opposite party no.2 has been appointed as Supply Inspector vide office order dated 13.12.2022 i.e. much before the passing of the order and now she is able to maintain herself as she is getting handsome salary. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed only to modify this part of the order.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, I am of the opinion that, as the opposite party no.2 has been appointed as Supply Inspector and she is getting a handsome salary, the petitioner is now exempted to pay Rs.5,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 25.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66196 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is absolved from the liability to pay Rs.5,000/- per month to the opposite party no.2. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
