JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 426 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol along with one cartridge. Apart from that it appears that petitioner is accused in two more cases. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in judicial custody for three and half months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to

This application is accordingly dismissed.
