JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2022 The short grievance of the petitioner is to pay the death cum retiral dues of the father of the petitioner who died on 25.05.2018 in harness while working as Lab Boy in Sankar College, Sasaram.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondentUniversity has though filed a counter affidavit stating therein that the petitioner is allegedly adopted son of the deceased employee, however, he has not submitted any document to the said effect but has submitted that in case the petitioner approached the Registrar, V.K. Singh University, Ara, appropriate decision shall be taken by passing appropriate orders.

Patna High Court CWJC No.634 of 2020(3) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Registrar, V.K. Singh University, Ara annexing all relevant documents in support of his claim and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be processed by the learned Registrar within a period of eight weeks thereafter, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon.
