The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 479 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has given a vivid description as to how she was forcibly abducted and was taken from one place to another and was assaulted by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant
